Desperate for help with my History research paper - any recommendations?

I keep a "source credibility" spreadsheet. Columns for author credentials, publication date, peer review status, how many times it's been cited, and any red flags. Sounds extra but when you're sleep-deprived at 3am, having that pre-work done saves you from citing some random blog as fact.

Also for work-life balance: there is no balance, only cycles. Some weeks you work, some weeks you barely survive. Accept it and be kind to yourself during the survival weeks.
